Sales Manager – Grupo de Restauración (Barcelona) Ubicación: Barcelona, España Desde la consultora de selección Antal International para la división de Hospitality. Estamos buscando un Sales Manager para un grupo de restauración en plena expansión, con varios conceptos gastronómicos consolidados en Barcelona y nuevos proyectos en desarrollo. Tu misión Buscamos un/a Sales Manager con visión estratégica para liderar y potenciar el área comercial de nuestro grupo. Será responsable de diseñar e implementar la estrategia de ventas para el sector MICE, desarrollando nuevas oportunidades de negocio, acuerdos corporativos, eventos y alianzas estratégicas. Responsabilidades principales Definir e implementar la estrategia comercial y de ventas de los venues asignados. Detectar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio (corporate, eventos privados, colaboraciones). Gestionar y fidelizar cuentas clave. Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing para impulsar campañas y promociones. Analizar resultados y elaborar reportes de desempeño comercial. Representar la marca en ferias, presentaciones y eventos del sector. Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en ventas o desarrollo de negocio, preferiblemente en restauración, hospitality, Ocio. Conocimiento del mercado de Barcelona y su entorno corporativo. Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación y networking. Capacidad de análisis y orientación a resultados. Nivel alto de español e inglés y catalán. Formar parte de un grupo gastronómico en crecimiento y con proyectos innovadores. Ambiente dinámico y creativo, con equipo apasionado por la restauración.
