Are you an experienced, highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to join our dynamic sales team? Want to take your skills to new heights by driving a bleeding-edge healthcare platform to global leadership?Collective Minds is looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to help drive our sales and grow the business. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and nurturing relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for increasing the number of outbound activities & qualifying inbound marketing leads with the purpose of scheduling meetings with potential clients. The position will report to the SDR Manager.You’ll bring B2B SaaS sales experience in an SDR environment, and you’re ready to advance and grow your career in sales.At Collective Minds you will be exposed to cutting-edge medical software technology and be part of creating the next generation of global medical imaging platforms. You will be an integrated part of a passionate and fast-moving commercial and marketing team and selling a world-class global product.ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative at Collective Minds in Barcelona. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, outreach sales activities, and business development initiatives.Have detailed knowledge of the Collective Minds Radiology offerings.Conduct market research and identify potential clients based on ICP criteria.Nurture leads who have shown interest in our solution & have already engaged with Collective Minds Radiology through our marketing channels.Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.Qualify leads to high levels of precision and provide detailed analysis of each prospect to the sales team.Schedule meetings for our Account Executives to further engage with qualified leads.Collect and maintain prospect information in the CRM database.Support the Sales team to attain quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with targeted prospects and accounts.Desired Skills And QualificationsNative or equivalent proficiency in English and German.1 to 2+ years of experience as SDR (or equivalent) in the SaaS/tech industry.Strong communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting sales targets.Knowledge of CRM software.Experience working with SDR tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Extra pointsDirect experience of selling to healthcare professionals.Copywriting skills.Basic knowledge of digital marketing.Other EU languages.
