Their mission is to provide exceptional customer experiences while leveraging their recognized expertise in the industry.We are seeking a dynamic CRM Executive with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving impactful CRM initiatives, with a focus on segmentation, campaign planning, and performance analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement effective segmentation strategies to maximize customer engagement.Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns aligned with company goals.Perform in-depth performance analysis to refine campaign strategies and improve ROI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of CRM activities.Your Profile :Fast-track CRM experience, with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and strategies.Full proficiency in both French and English.At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a CRM-focused role.Expertise in segmentation, campaign planning, and performance analysis.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
