About the Role: Inside Sales Executive We're looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our presence in the US market. If you excel at cold calling , closing deals, and turning prospects into long-term partners, this role is for you You will play a critical part in outbound sales efforts , connecting with decision-makers and driving revenue by promoting RedNovius' innovative medical video solutions. Key Responsibilities Cold Calling : Proactively reach out to prospective clients in the US market, building connections and presenting our solutions. Sales Demos : Identify client needs and showcase how our tailored videos meet their goals. Close Deals : Convert qualified leads into paying clients by demonstrating the unique value of our services. Client Engagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring a positive experience. CRM Management : Accurately track sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools. Collaboration : Work closely with the Project Management and Business Intelligence teams to optimize client onboarding and sales strategies. Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets, driving company growth. What You Bring A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales (inside sales or telesales preferred). Proven cold calling expertise and the ability to convert leads into clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and a data-driven sales approach. A highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
