In return, we offer the same.The RoleWe are looking for a high-energy Customer Support Specialist for the Spanish-speaking markets to join our Customer Success Department. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:Provide incredible support to the clients by showing great reactivity in solving accounting-related questions they may have.Educate users on how to manage their business better with all the tools that Holded offers.Proactively identify issues before they arise.Work cross-functionally with the Sales and Product teams.Keep track of clients' feedback and suggest improvements.Ensure that best-in-class service is given to customers.Have a passion for teamwork and collaboration - you’ll be working with multiple teams on a regular basis and will help to build the Customer Success “brand” across our entire organization.By joining us, you will work in one of the most important areas of the company.
