**Funciones**:

- Atención telefónica: gestión y registro de llamadas. Especial énfasis en gestión comercial. Uso de correo electrónico, interno y externo.
- Atención personal en la recepción de visitas: Coger avisos y hacer seguimiento.
- Planificar agenda de reuniones y salas de visitas - preparación y recogida
- Realizar los pedidos de material de oficina.
- Redacción y elaboración de documentos, contratos e informes, catálogos y dossiers para la comercialización de viviendas (buen manejo de paquete office)
- Atender las necesidades de la empresa cuando estas requieren trabajar con personal externo (mensajería, mantenimiento, prevención de riesgos ) y gestionar su buen desarrollo y funcionamiento.
- Confeccionar el listado de compradores interesados en las promociones en curso manteniendo contacto directo y relación con comercializadoras.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de tres años realizando funciones de Office Manager o similar.
- Grado Superior, Licenciatura o Grado.
- Buen manejo de programas informáticos (se valorará dominio de Prinex).
- Persona organizada.
- Idiomas: Español e inglés.

**Requisitos valorables**:

- Uso de páginas institucionales (Ayuntamientos, Comunidad de Madrid, Catastro, Registro de la Propiedad, Urbanismo, AEAT etc...) para la consulta y registro de documentos.
- Estar instruido/a en AFO, LPO, Proyecto Básico y de Ejecución, ONDH, OCT y licencias, impuestos y seguros requeridos en el desarrollo de una obra.
- Conocimientos sobre las pautas y procesos a realizar en la ejecución de una compra-venta de inmuebles: seguimiento de gestiones notariales y mercantiles.

**Condiciones**:

- Contrato indefinido
- Horarios: De lunes a jueves de 9h a 19h. Viernes hasta el mediodía.
