About QualifyzeFounded in 2019, Qualifyze is a leading company in supply chain compliance management in the Life Sciences industry, trusted by over 1,200 pharmaceutical and healthcare companies globally.With a track record of over 3,000 audits across 85+ countries and the largest and most accurate supplier network and data analytics tools, Qualifyze stands as the all-in-one partner for quality compliance and supply chain risk mitigation.After securing Series B funding in September 2024, we are now focused on expanding to the US market.Role OverviewAs an Account Executive at Qualifyze, you will be responsible for generating new business and logos by convincing prospects to sign a subscription agreement with us, as well as collaborating closely with the Account Management team to ensure a successful handover to customers who outsource their audits to us.This position will focus on growth and expansion across multiple territories, including the Middle East, Turkey, South Africa, and Oceania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, driving market penetration, and fostering strong relationships in these high-potential regions to support the company’s strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesRun outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches.Manage a 360-degree sales cycle (target as defined in the compensation letter).Work closely with the SDR of the respective market to build a robust pipeline and close opportunities.Achieve targets by signing new logos.Create and maintain a clean CRM by inserting all deals for accurate forecasting.Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure successful closing, onboarding, and handover to the AM.Collaborate with the market-specific AM, SDR, supplier sales team, quality, operations, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Acquire expert knowledge of the auditing industry and Qualifyze.Minimum RequirementsProven track record as an account executive, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results.Nice to have: Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.What We OfferFlexible schedules throughout the year.Flexible compensation plan in restaurant/transportation/nursery vouchers.25 days of holidays (upgradable to 27 after 2 years and 30 after 4 years in the company).Health insurance policy with Assistència Sanitària, with the option to add family members.Wellhub wellbeing platform membership.The option to work from abroad for up to 3 months per year.All necessary equipment for work (laptop, headphones, etc.).Two official company events per year to celebrate success.Individual coaching and mentoring on your development roadmap within Qualifyze.At Qualifyze, we value diversity and inclusion, recognizing the strength that complementary talents and perspectives bring to our team.
