HolaEstamos buscando al nuevo fichaje estrella para nuestro equipo como Senior Customer Support Specialist. Esta persona será responsable de proporcionar asistencia técnica y funcional a los clientes que utilizan Sesame, asegurando una rápida solución de sus problemas y consultas. Este rol es clave para garantizar que los clientes tengan una experiencia positiva cuando contactan con la empresa, impactando en la satisfacción con el producto y en la relación con la organización.Somos Sesame HR, la solución digital que ayuda a equipos de Recursos Humanos, managers y empresas a optimizar los procesos de gestión de personal, centralizándolos en una sola plataforma.¿Qué esperamos de ti?A nivel técnico es indispensable que tengas:Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles de soporte técnico o atención al cliente.Conocimiento técnico básico de manejo de softwares y capacidad para diagnosticar problemas funcionales de forma efectiva.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita, en español (u otros idiomas según sea necesario).Orientación al cliente y capacidad para manejar situaciones de alto estrés de manera calmada y profesional.Habilidades de multitarea y capacidad para gestionar varias solicitudes de clientes de manera simultánea.Pensamiento analítico y capacidad para la solución de problemas.Trabajo en equipo y coordinación efectiva con otros departamentos, como producto y desarrollo.Y además brillarás si cuentas con:Experiencia previa en el uso de herramientas de soporte, familiaridad con herramientas de CRM.Experiencia previa en SaaS en sectores similares, preferiblemente en software de gestión de recursos humanos.Capacidad para manejar clientes B2B y consultas técnicas más complejas.Habilidades de gestión del tiempo y priorización de tareas.Otros idiomas como el inglés, portugués, italiano…¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?Soporte Técnico: Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con el uso de la plataforma, guiar a los usuarios a través de soluciones paso a paso y proporcionar recomendaciones de uso de Sésame.Gestión de Tickets: Utilizar sistemas de gestión de tickets para registrar y resolver consultas de los clientes a través de diversos canales (correo electrónico, chat, llamadas) de manera eficiente, garantizando altos niveles de satisfacción.Registro de Incidencias: Reportar incidencias por los clientes, hacer seguimiento, testar solución e informar al cliente cuando esta ha sido resuelta.Escalación de casos complejos y/o incidencias a Product Expert / Product Support según sea el caso.Proporcionar a los clientes tutoriales sobre las funcionalidades de Sésame anticipando las necesidades del cliente y ayudándole a usar el producto de manera efectiva.Identificar patrones comunes en las solicitudes de soporte para sugerir mejoras en el producto o cambios en los procesos de atención al cliente que minimicen futuros problemas.Asegurar que las solicitudes de los clientes sean resueltas dentro de los plazos acordados (SLA) y que se cumplan los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) del departamento.¿Por qué es tan especial trabajar en Sesame HR?Horario Flexible: Ajusta tu jornada a tus necesidades.
