Overview Partnership Development Manager Poland Market role at Factorial. Factorial is looking for a new member to join our Emerging Markets Partners team and help us boost the company by opening the Poland Market (Partner-only GTM approach). This team is just getting started, offering huge opportunities to own both the strategy and execution of the market, define processes, and strengthen the emerging markets business unit. The Role Owning strategy & execution for the market. Search for new potential partners and execute the full sales cycle with potential Polish partners to join our partners program. Collaborate with partners to generate and progress sales opportunities, manage inbound lead routing, and co-sell through joint discovery, demos, and negotiations; focus on pipelinegrowth, accurate revenue forecasting, and achieving annual quotas through both partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals. Drive growth by recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new partners in target markets; strengthen engagement through training, relationship management, and joint business planning; monitor performance andcoordinate co-marketing initiatives to boost partner-led demand generation. Identify and build strong relationships with potential partners that align strategically with us in the HR space (our partners sell, implement and support Factorial). Be the key point of contact of several of our partners. Gather feedback from our partners and their clients on a regular basis to identify pains and opportunities to further develop our partnership channel. Collaborate daily with internal teams, from SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership. Your Profile Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle. Have 3-4 years experience in Sales/B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments. You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people. You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas. Polish expert speaker and fluent in English. Bonus Points You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch. Experience with partnership or channel sales. You have knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll. Experience in full cycle Sales B2B. Experience dealing with SMBs.
