Une équipe experte en e-mail marketing propose les meilleures solutions pour des problématiques de fidélisation, d’acquisition et de réactivation de contacts.Pour accélérer notre développement, nous recherchons actuellement un Technical Account Manager, alors rejoignez-nous Mission PrincipaleLe Technical Account Manager doit s'assurer de la bonne mise en place, du bon déroulement et de la gestion d'éventuelles incidences techniques des projets des clients de la plateforme Live Data Solutions qui lui sont confiés.Le Technical Account Manager est en contact direct avec le client sur tous les enjeux techniques et est par conséquent garant de l'image de l'entreprise Live Data Solutions.Il travaille en binôme avec la direction clientèle, qui est responsable du développement du compte, de la satisfaction générale du client et de la gestion de projet.Responsabilités :Fournir un excellent suivi de nos clients. Vous devez comprendre les besoins du client et lui procurer des conseils et un suivi adapté.Gestion opérationnelle : mise en place de l’infrastructure, rédaction de cahiers de charges techniques, programmation des campagnes, suivi de la délivrabilité, traitement et gestion de bases de données.Présentation fonctionnelle des produits et ses options aux prospects en binôme avec l’équipe commerciale.Support : Répondre aux appels des clients et les aider en cas de problèmes techniques (niveau 1).S’assurer que la qualité des services rendus correspond aux attentes des clients.Profil :Maitrise du français à un niveau natif, bon niveau d’anglais.Maitrise d’Excel.Compétence basique en HTML.Très bonnes compétences en communication, autonome, attitude positive et énergique.Rigoureux, organisé, vous êtes capable de travailler sous forte pression.Notre Offre :Stage rémunéré 600€ nets par mois.Temps plein.Lieu de travail : Barcelone.Intégrer une société jeune en forte croissance, pleine d’opportunités.Possibilité réelle de carrière et de progression.
