A fast-growing international tech company is seeking a Sales Development Manager to oversee and develop the Sales function for the Spanish market. This role focuses on team leadership, pipeline generation strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to support overall commercial growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of Sales Development ensuring strong performance and continuous development. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales function, including prioritization, workflows, and resource allocation. Define, monitor, and refine KPIs to improve productivity, lead qualification, and conversion metrics. Provide ongoing coaching through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and development plans. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to coordinate campaigns, messaging, and outreach initiatives. Ensure smooth handover processes and strong alignment with Account Executives. Report on team performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership. Required Experience Previous experience managing Sales Development teams in a high-performance environment. Proven ability to lead and develop teams of several people (team lead oversight is a plus). Strong understanding of outbound and inbound operations, workflows, and metrics. Profile Background in B2B tech or similar fast-paced environments. Analytical and operational mindset, with the ability to work with KPIs and optimisation frameworks. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership approach. Native-level Spanish and professional English. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute, motivate teams, and adapt to changing priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
