In this role you drive the evolution of global Demand Management for Health & Medical, shaping IBP maturity and accelerating digital and AI-led improvements. You connect business needs with technology to create a data-driven, efficient planning function across regions. You lead transformational programs, enabling adoption of SAP IBP and AI-driven solutions, and partner with global teams to deliver measurable value. This is a strategic, impact-focused opportunity to redefine planning excellence at scale.

- Develop and elevate global Demand Management frameworks and performance methodologies to raise planning maturity.
- Identify, pilot, and scale AI-powered solutions and automation to improve forecasting quality and decision making.
- Drive process innovation by creating a structured pipeline of improvements.
- Build and lead global learning programs, competency frameworks and communities of practice for Demand Management.
- Lead strategic improvement initiatives and guide the evolution of planning technologies, including SAP IBP.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT, Data Science and process teams to set priorities and roadmaps. xkdbapo
- Measure adoption, maturity and value created, ensuring tangible impact on growth, agility, service and profitability.
- University degree in a relevant field (as stated in description)
- Extensive experience in Integrated Business Planning, planning technology or related transformation roles within a global organization
- Strong knowledge of Demand Management processes and SAP IBP; proven ability to execute end-to-end AI initiatives and embed them into planning processes
- Innovative, collaborative leader capable of translating technology into business value and driving change across functions
