Job Description We are looking for a BDR Team Lead to join a fast-growing B2B sales organization in Barcelona Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front - owning outbound success building team capability and helping shape the next generation of sales excellence. What will you do Manage a team of 35 BDRs driving performance through 1 : 1 coaching training and structured development plans Personally deliver 2025 high-quality sales qualified leads (SQLs) per month while setting the standard for outbound execution Own and report on KPIs across SQL volume response rates and conversion efficiency Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success on outreach strategies and lead feedback Lead weekly performance reviews standups and retrospectives to ensure accountability and clarity Optimize outbound workflows evolve sales playbooks and maintain excellence in process and tools Oversee and improve use of sales automation platforms (e.g. Lemlist HubSpot) Support hiring and onboarding of new team members contributing to team expansion Foster a culture of excellence ownership and collaboration Requirements 24 years of outbound B2B sales experience (SDR BDR or Inside Sales) Prior experience leading or coaching sales teams German language proficiency (C1 level or native) Fluency in English (spoken and written) Strong understanding of outbound strategy prospecting via email and phone Hands‑on experience with modern sales automation tools Familiarity with signal‑based prospecting or automated lead sourcing (a plus) Structured proactive and results‑driven mindset Experience in startups sales agencies or SDR‑as‑a‑Service environments (a plus) What youre offered Fast‑track career growth into leadership and strategic sales roles Flexible hybrid working model : up to 3 days remote per week and work-from-anywhere options Paid sick leave beyond legal minimum : full coverage for the first 5 days Home office equipment budget for optimal remote work setup Relocation support if moving to Barcelona Central modern office near Barcelona Sants Estación Regular company events including team outings classes charity work and social gatherings Are you passionate about outbound sales and team leadership Join a company that values results growth and innovationwhere your impact drives real outcomes.
