Pioneros en innovación e investigación con una marcada visión de futuro, buscamos a profesionales con talento que deseen incorporarse a una empresa dinámica en continua expansión y desarrollar su carrera en el sector de la logística, uno de los más sobresalientes del actual tejido empresarial.Desde Mecalux buscamos personas con iniciativa, siempre dispuestas a innovar y aprender, con ganas de crecer e impulsar su carrera profesional junto a nosotros/as, ya que uno de nuestros principales objetivos es la mejora continua de las competencias de nuestro/as empleado/as, así como el desarrollo de sus capacidades y conocimientos profesionales.Descripción de la oferta:Nuestro Departamento de Operaciones en la delegación de Barcelona, precisa incorporar a un/a Business Development Manager para que se responsabilice de las siguientes funciones:Potenciar área de negocio de Postventa Robótica a nivel global.Impulsar y seguir la venta de servicios (preventivos, correctivos, asistencia a producción, disponibilidad para soporte).Colaborar con las Delegaciones en la generación y venta de Contratos de Mantenimiento y Mejora de Instalaciones.Seguir la preparación y entrega de ofertas de las necesidades detectadas.Gestionar tareas e información con otras áreas de la Compañía y con terceros.Desarrollo y potenciación a nivel comercial de las nuevas líneas de negocio.Identificación y análisis interno dentro del Dpto. de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Requisitos mínimos:Automatización, robótica, electrónica.4 años de experiencia laboral en alguna posición con la suficiente entidad que permita pensar que puede desarrollar el trabajo.Fuerte perfil comercial y ventas.Automatización industrial.Mantenimiento industrial.Entendimiento de esquemas eléctricos y planos mecánicos.Conocimientos mecánicos, eléctricos y dispositivos electrónicos.Conocimientos de sistemas de control (SCADA).Capacidad de gestión autónoma de su área.Persona dinámica y proactiva.Capacidad de negociación y comunicación.Experiencia en tratar con clientes a nivel directivo.Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión, capacidad de gestionar múltiples tareas.Persona motivadora.Alta motivación y orientación a objetivos.Requisitos valorables:Variadores de frecuencia (SEW, Lenze, KEB).Sistemas y normativas de seguridad industrial.Participación en proyectos innovadores y de alto interés profesional con una de las empresas líderes en su sector.Integración en equipos de alta cualificación.Empresa en constante evolución y muy consolidada en susector.Buen ambiente de trabajo.Salario competitivo en función de la experiencia y valía de la candidatura.
