Ya sea que quieras darle un sabor distinto a tus comidas, o simplemente recuperar tiempo con tu familia.La Thermomix es el ayudante perfecto en la cocina del hogar convirtiendo la comida casera en verdaderos platos gourmet.Nuestro #Modothermomix se basa en proponerse un objetivo y no parar hasta alcanzarlo.No hay negocio sin RESPONSABILIDAD en todo lo que hacemos, SOLIDARIDAD en equipo, EFICIENCIA y buen trato con el cliente, COMPROMISO como pilar fundamental, PASIÓN por lo que construimos, AGILIDAD, DINAMISMO Y FLEXIBILIDAD para adaptarnos a los cambios y SUPERACIÓN para mejorar día a día.Tenemos un nuevo desafío para quienes:Valoran el crecimiento e ir por más.Empujan por naturaleza y se dedican a hacer que las cosas pasen.Son protagonistas de su desarrollo y buscan llevar su carrera a otro nivel.Aspiran a generar soluciones frente a cada obstáculo.Buscan superarse siempre.Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un profesional que ocupe el rol de Regional Sales Manager para interior, cuya responsabilidad es impulsar el crecimiento y expansión de la fuerza de venta a cargo.Responsabilidades principales:Supervisar y liderar al equipo de coordinadoras comerciales a cargo.Garantizar el logro de los objetivos de ventas de la región.Asegurar la correcta implementación de las actividades de ventas.Implementar estrategias que apunten al crecimiento de la región.Impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra fuerza de venta.Brindar entrenamientos acordes a las necesidades del negocio.Supervisar todas las acciones comerciales de la fuerza de venta a cargo.Ejecutar y supervisar las acciones de marketing de la región.Gestión de presupuesto de la región.Requisitos:Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles de liderazgo.Probada experiencia en liderazgo de equipos.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.Capacidad demostrada para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y orientado a resultados.Residir en Córdoba Capital (Excluyente).Beneficios:Somos un equipo muy motivado, flexible y tenemos un clima laboral único.
