Company Overview Meritt are working to hire a Regional Sales Manager for a high-growth fintech company that has doubled its revenue over the past two years and is poised for the next growth phase. With an established product-market fit and a global client base, they're ready to build a dedicated North American sales team to accelerate expansion. This role offers the opportunity to make a transformative impact by building and leading a world-class remote sales organization. Role Overview You will be at the forefront of driving the company's revenue growth across North America, with focus on the US. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires an experienced sales manager with a successful track record in SaaS sales. You'll lead strategy, manage and expand the sales team, and oversee execution to achieve aggressive growth targets. This role is fully remote, with travel to key client sites and company offices globally as needed. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership : Define and implement a North American sales strategy aligned with aggressive revenue goals, focused on expanding market share across diverse U.S. markets. Team Building : Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing remote sales team capable of driving exponential growth in a dynamic, competitive landscape. Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and long-term engagement. Revenue Growth : Drive and exceed revenue targets by developing a robust sales pipeline, fostering key partnerships, and expanding into new customer segments. Performance Management : Establish KPIs and success metrics for the team, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and refine strategies. Market Analysis & Strategy : Lead competitive market analysis to stay ahead of trends, adapting strategies to capture evolving customer needs and preferences within the fintech sector. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience : 3 years in sales leadership, ideally with experience scaling sales teams in a tech or SaaS company with high-growth targets; fintech experience is strongly preferred. Remote Team Management : Proven success leading and managing remote teams across dispersed locations, with a track record of building collaborative, high-impact teams. Growth Focused : Strong strategic thinker with experience driving substantial revenue growth, particularly in companies scaling between $50M and $150M ARR. Data-Driven : Skilled in leveraging data and sales metrics to drive decision-making, optimize team performance, and maximize growth opportunities. Excellent Communicator : Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients across diverse industries. Why Join?
