Hotel emblemático situado en Madrid.FUNCTIONSEl Director de Ventas y Marketing será responsable de liderar, desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias integrales que impulsen los ingresos, aumenten la participación en el mercado y mejoren la experiencia del cliente. Este rol tiene un fuerte enfoque en las asociaciones estratégicas, ventas corporativas, de ocio y de negocio, así como en el desarrollo de canales de venta directa. Además, supervisará un equipo multifuncional y optimizará las estrategias de precios y distribución para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales del hotel.
Responsabilidades Principales:
Liderar y ejecutar una estrategia de ventas enfocada en alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos y participación de mercado.
Desarrollar canales de venta directa para mejorar la rentabilidad y participación de clientes.
Expandir las ventas corporativas y comerciales mediante estrategias que atraigan a grupos empresariales y tomadores de decisiones.
Establecer y mantener alianzas estratégicas que mejoren la visibilidad de la marca y amplíen la audiencia.
Gestionar relaciones con cuentas clave, OTA, DMC, agencias de viajes y organizadores de eventos/MICE.
Participar en eventos de la industria, ferias comerciales y actividades de networking para aumentar la base de clientes.
Marketing y Desarrollo de Marca:
Desarrollar y supervisar la estrategia de marketing, incluyendo marketing digital, publicidad y promociones.
Liderar campañas locales y generar contenido digital atractivo para captar la atención del público objetivo.
Gestionar la presencia en línea del hotel, incluyendo redes sociales, alineando el contenido con los estándares de la marca.
Colaborar con stakeholders para desarrollar campañas de co-branding y activaciones B2C.
Diseñar iniciativas experienciales junto con el equipo de experiencias para atraer al público objetivo y fidelizar a la marca.
Gestión de Ingresos y Distribución:
Liderar el equipo de gestión de ingresos para optimizar precios, inventarios y canales de distribución.
Maximizar la rentabilidad utilizando eficazmente los canales de distribución, como OTA, GDS y el sitio web propio.
Desarrollar estrategias para penetrar y expandir en los segmentos de mercado objetivo.
Analizar tendencias de mercado, competencia y retroalimentación de clientes para ajustar las estrategias según sea necesario.
Liderazgo de Equipos y Gestión del Desempeño:
Formar, guiar y gestionar al equipo de ventas y marketing, fomentando una cultura de alto rendimiento.
Establecer metas claras de desempeño y realizar evaluaciones periódicas para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos.
Proporcionar oportunidades de desarrollo profesional para fortalecer las habilidades del equipo.
Gestión de Relación con Clientes:
Mantener relaciones sólidas con stakeholders locales y regionales para garantizar una colaboración de marca cohesiva.
Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente mediante el fortalecimiento de relaciones con clientes clave, OTA, DMC y organizadores de eventos.
Requisitos:
Experiencia demostrada en roles de liderazgo en ventas y marketing hotelero.
Sólido conocimiento de la distribución de destinos y su impacto en la demanda.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y experiencia en el trato con clientes corporativos y socios estratégicos.
Experiencia en ventas directas, gestión de ingresos y marketing digital.
Competencia en la gestión de equipos de alto rendimiento.
