**Desde Cuatroochenta queremos incorporar en el equipo un/a Sales Development Representative (SDR) en Barcelona, responsable de generar nuevas oportunidades de ventas a través de la prospección, calificación de leads y programación de reuniones con potenciales clientes/as.**:

**Funciones**:
**Identificar y contactar a potenciales clientes a través de llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y redes sociales.**:
**Calificar leads según su interés, necesidades y ajuste con nuestros productos/servicios.**:
**Generar y nutrir relaciones con los prospectos, educándolos sobre nuestras soluciones y generando interés.**:
**Mantener una base de datos precisa de prospectos y actividades de prospección en el CRM, y programar reuniones y demostraciones para el equipo de ventas.**:
**Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para optimizar las estrategias de generación de leads.**:
**Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria, los productos de la empresa y las técnicas de prospección.**:

**Requisitos**:
**+ 2 años de experiência previa en ventas, prospección o atención al cliente.**:
**Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.**:
**Persistencia y capacidad para manejar el rechazo.**:
**Habilidad para construir relaciones y generar confianza con los prospectos.**:
**Conocimientos de técnicas de ventas y calificación de leads.**:
**Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.**:
**Experiência con herramientas de CRM y de prospección (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoho CRM, Hubspot, etc.).**:
