Únete a nuestra misión de ayudar a las empresas a impulsar el éxito de las Pymes¿Que buscamos?Buscamos un SDR para identificar actores clave en el mercado español y cualificar prospectos, colaborando con equipos de BDM y Marketing para proponer estrategias de captación de leads. Será responsable de dar a conocer la propuesta de ORBIDI-PARTNERS, utilizar diversos canales de comunicación y convencer a los decisión-makers para cerrar reuniones.Responsabilidades:Identificar actores clave en el mercado al cual serás asignado/a y crear una base de datos con la que trabajar.Cualificar los prospectos/leads analizando su grado de interés y prioridad para determinar si hay una oportunidad de negocio real.Trabajar junto con el equipo de BDM y Marketing para proponer nuevas estrategia de captación de leads e identificar las mejores potenciales empresas.Dar a conocer la propuesta de ORBIDI-PARTNERS utilizando todos los canales y herramientas a tu disposición: Linkedin, mailing, cold calling, etc.Convencer a los decision-makers (Director comercial, Director de marketing, desarrollo de negocio, partnership manager, etc.) de las ventajas de nuestra propuesta y conseguir un cerrar un meeting️.Seguir el progreso de las negociaciones en curso con los Ejecutivos de Ventas.Participar en la evolución de los procesos y técnicas de ventas: nuevas técnicas de prospección, ayudar a aumentar las tasas de penetración en el mercado, etc.¿Que te hará triunfar en la posición?Español nativo con profundos conocimientos de la cultura en España.Experiencia en Gestión de Cuentas B2B, Desarrollo de Negocios o Venta.Ser una persona dinámica, persuasiva y proactiva.Definirte como una persona emprendedora y que disfrute asumiendo responsabilidades.Mentalidad de crecimiento y estar dispuesto a aprender y mejorar.Conocimientos en CRM como Hubspot.Manejo en herramientas de prospección como: Waalaxy, Salesnavigator, etc.Beneficios:Flexibilidad horariaOficinas modernas en Sant Cugat, frente a la estación de FGC.Salario competitivo y contrato indefinidoBonus basado en el cumplimiento de objetivos de tu equipo23 días laborales de vacaciones + día de cumpleañosFormato Híbrido con teletrabajo 2 días a la semana.Jornada intensiva todos los viernes del año.Agosto flexibleActividades de teambuilding y celebraciones y off-sitesReferral Program️Descuento en gimnasio
