Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:Sales of the company's solutions to selected significant food companies in Spain and Portugal, however not limited to this region.Managing the sales and activity budget.Responsible for revenue divided among various customers in all of Spain within the vegetables and fruit segment.Your main tasks will be:Leading and guiding the sales team in solution selling principles in the South Sales Region team within Vegetables and Fruit.Team management with 3-4 direct reports.KAM and New Sales: Proactively seek out, prioritize, and process relationships with existing and new major accounts via email, phone, trade fair participation, online, and face-to-face customer meetings.Act as the primary point of contact for selected major customers, including business discussions, approval of orders, and contract negotiations.Examine the contractual basis and carry out negotiations in close interaction with sales management and other relevant key persons internally and externally.The selected candidate will fit with:Education: Degree in Business Administration or Marketing & Sales.Minimum 10-12 years as a Sales Manager, preferably in the food or can packaging sector.Experience in managing and motivating teams is a must.Experience with long lead time and technical sales is very valuable.Previous experience negotiating with purchasing centers is very valuable.Bilingual or fluent in Spanish is a must.
