And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our.Job DescriptionPlease read before applying ️️This is a Temp contract, 2 months.You must have a good English level.You are located in Madrid.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce Database.Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.Drive improvements in the control and management of master data.Conduct master data audits on existing and newly set up customers.Provide support on Customer transactions.Analyze and report key performance indicator results for Customer Data, enhancement queue, benchmark results and identify improvement opportunities.Assist with writing documentation as needed for customer database, policies, standards, controls and procedures and train accordingly.Respond to internal customer inquiries regarding Masterdata, billing, transactions, and other topics related to account health.Your ProfileDesirable experience in similar position.Proven experience in problem solving.Personal: Analytical, excellent listener, potential leader, relationship builder, team player, strategic thinker, excellent communicator, versatile.Technical: High level of knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, MS Excel mandatory.
