As we continue to grow in key European markets, including Spain, we’re seeking a Spanish-speaking Sales Director to own and drive revenue across this region. This role is for you if you… You have 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in SaaS and consultative selling. You are very senior in the Spanish retail and e-commerce landscape — you understand market dynamics, key players, buying cycles, and what drives value for retailers and brands in Spain. You speak and write fluent Spanish (native or near-native) — this is non-negotiable. You have proven experience leading complex enterprise and mid-market deals end-to-end, from pipeline build to close. You’ve consistently hit and exceeded revenue targets in competitive markets. You are a strategic thinker who can translate customer pain into business outcomes and long‑term partnerships. You’re comfortable working fully remote and async, using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and modern sales enablement stacks. You’re a self‑starter who thrives on ownership, pace, and building something bigger than yourself. In more detail : Own the Spanish market: build and execute a high‑impact go‑to‑market strategy for retail and e‑commerce customers across Spain. Drive new ARR: manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close — with a strong focus on value‑based selling. Build a healthy pipeline: consistently generate and develop qualified opportunities in close collaboration with Marketing. Lead complex deals: navigate multi‑stakeholder buying committees and win high‑value enterprise and mid‑market customers. Be the retail / e‑commerce expert in Spain: bring sharp market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to shape our positioning and approach. Partner with Customer Success: ensure clean handovers, align on expansion opportunities, and keep the customer journey tight. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product and Marketing to improve product‑market fit and unlock growth opportunities. Forecast accurately and communicate clearly on performance, risks, and opportunities. Represent Publitas externally: at key Spanish retail events, customer meetings, and industry moments where it matters.
