Our client a prestigious market leader operating in the luxury real estate sector in Ibiza is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their sales team to the next level. The Sales Director will join a dynamic and expanding team and be at the forefront of Ibiza’s real estate scene. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing a sales team preferably in the real estate sector and will speak English and Spanish fluently.Requirements5 years of experience in the real estate sector3 years of experience managing a sales team (beneficial)Strong leadership and team management skillsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsKnowledge of luxury real estate market essentialFluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
