This position combines strategic vision with operational excellence, overseeing sales initiatives across all segments while mentoring a high‑performing team. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop innovative strategies, maximize revenue opportunities, and strengthen the hotel’s positioning in the luxury hospitality market. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with proven expertise in sales, exceptional relationship‑building skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across all segments.Actively prospect and acquire new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and market intelligence.Prepare and present tailored proposals that meet client needs and uphold Hyatt’s luxury standards.Negotiate complex contracts to secure profitable business and long‑term partnerships.Represent Grand Hyatt Barcelona at major trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies proactively.Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to create integrated campaigns that optimize segmentation and profitability.Ensure compliance with Hyatt SOPs and sales policies in all processes.
