This is a pivotal opportunity to shape and develop a sales department in a rapidly growing market. The role combines strategic growth planning with hands-on business development, focusing on expanding the team and driving significant results in the region. Responsibilities:Responsibility for the new sales activity for the country's Air & Sea Freight activityStrategically develop and lead a sales department with plans to double the team size within the year.Establish, build, and drive the sales activity for the Spanish setup.Build a robust sales strategy focusing on air and sea freight products.Target small to medium-sized businesses, develop new relationships, and enhance existing networksCollaborate with international offices across key trade lanes, including France, the UK, China, the U.S., Israel, Latin America, Vietnam, Australia, Bangladesh, and India.Report directly to the Managing Director in Spain and the EMEA Director.
