, the company has recently lauched its presence in Spain, opening an office in Madrid. In this context, we are seeking a
Sales Director
who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and scaling commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach the existing Sales and Pre-sales team.
  • Drive the commercial strategy in Spain
    , aligned with corporate growth objectives and go-to-market priorities.
  • Lead revenue growth
    by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across priority sectors.
  • Build and maintain a robust
    sales pipeline
    , covering prospecting, account planning, forecasting, and deal governance.
  • Establish and strengthen
    C-level relationships
    with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts.
  • Coordinate closely with delivery
    , solution architects, and pre-sales to ensure
    hig
    h-quality proposals, and successful handover to delivery teams.
  • Contribute to the definition of offer positioning
    and support the development of key partnerships where relevant.

Requirements & Experience

  • 10–15+ years of experience
    in
    IT services / technology consulting
    , ideally with exposure to Cloud services and digital transformation engagements.
  • Proven track record in
    enterprise B2B sales
    , including complex deal management and long sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales and/or pre-sales teams, with a strong coaching mindset.
  • Existing
    professional network in Spain
    , ideally across relevant industries and decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude with a clear results orientation and strong execution skills.
  • Native/fluent
    Spanish
    is required.
    English
    is strongly preferred; Italian is a plus.
