Proporcionará también conocimientos y consultas en forma de desarrollo de soluciones relacionadas con nuestros productos para los problemas del cliente, incluida la consideración financiera y basada en la eficiencia.FuncionesDeterminar las necesidades, desarrollar y ejecutar un plan de negocios específico en su zona para identificar los requisitos de apoyo mutuo a largo plazo necesarios para facilitar una asociación sólida, rentable y exitosa con clientes directos e indirectos.Convertir clientes potenciales en oportunidades asignando el proceso de ventas apropiado, identificando a los miembros del equipo del proyecto requeridos, haciendo asignaciones y comunicando los próximos pasos en el proceso.Responsable del despegue del proyecto, selección, propuesta de precios y estrategia de venta, e integración de equipos, controles y servicios.Ayudar a los clientes a responder preguntas técnicas sobre nuestros sistemas, productos y alternativas de aplicación del sistema, controles, instalación, operación, mantenimiento y resolución de problemas.Uso activo de nuestro CRM como herramienta de gestión, análisis y seguimiento del negocio.RequisitosSe valorará licenciatura en ingeniería, tecnología de ingeniería, negocios o equivalente de formación profesional o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.Competencias claveEs necesario el dominio del inglés, otros idiomas serán valorados.Nuestro candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en servicio en empresas del sector del aire comprimido, frío industrial o suministro industrial.Qué ofrecemosContrato indefinidoJornada completa: De lunes a viernes: De lunes a jueves de 8:00 a 17:00 (horario entrada/salida flexible) y los viernes de 8:00 a 14:30 horas. You will also provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing product-related solutions to customer problems, including financial and efficiency-based consideration.ResponsibilitiesDetermine needs, develop and execute a specific business plan in your area to identify the long-term mutual support requirements necessary to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership with direct and indirect customers.Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying required project team members, making assignments and communicating next steps in the process.Responsible for project take-off, selection, pricing proposal and sales strategy, and integration of equipment, controls and services.Assist customers in answering technical questions about our systems, products and system application alternatives, controls, installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.Active use of our CRM as a business management, analysis and tracking tool.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or college equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience would be a plus.Key CompetenciesFluency in English is required, other languages would be an asset.Our ideal candidate will have experience in the compressed air business, industrial refrigeration or industrial supply sector.What we OfferPermanent contractFull time: Monday to Friday: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 (flexible start/finish time) and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:30. Reduced working hours also in summer according to calendar.Life insurance, Private health insurance.
