Achieving optimal costs from your supply base will mean the business can offer more competitive IT Service rates to its customers and further expand its growing market share in the region.The IT Procurement Manager will lead a team of strategic IT Buyers to manage a spend worth over €100M and will be tasked with ensuring the business has an adequate pipeline of suppliers to deliver the services needed to meet the growing demands of their customers in the region whilst building a more robust and effective regional IT Procurement strategy.As the IT Procurement Manager for Iberia & Italy you will:-Build and implement an effective regional procurement category strategy across all IT spend areas in coordination with your global procurement colleaguesProvide subject matter expertise and market knowledge to internal business stakeholders in the regionSupport the sales teams on bid management activity to ensure a clear alignment of expectations between sales and procurementManage a team of buyers based locally and with additional support from the shared service centre in PolandChallenge the status quo by providing new ideas and methodologies that will improve procurement processes and deliver better value to the P<o be considered for the position of IT Procurement Manager for Iberia & Italy you must have the following skills and experience:-Clear track record and expertise in managing a variety of IT Procurement projects across hardware, software, and servicesExcellent commercial skills with regard to contract management and negotiationHighly strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box and implement changes that will drive operational efficiencyAbility to work in a very fast-paced and high-pressure global environment and adapt quickly to changing business needsHighly influential personality and experience in managing stakeholder relationships up to CIO and CPO levelMust speak fluent Spanish as well as a professional level of EnglishFurther to the experience you will gain in supporting this leading global player in expanding its capabilities in the Iberia & Italy market, this company also prides itself in its Learning & Development and internal mobility programs that will provide you with ample opportunities for personal and professional developmentIf you are an ambitious and motivated IT Procurement professional looking for your next career move then this is the one Apply now with an English version of your CV to Rikard at JobsRL@bramwithconsulting.co.uk or via the link above.
