Pay Competitive Location Madrid/Community Of Madrid Employment type Full-Time Job Description Req#: R We are looking for a Sales Manager with responsibility for managing a team of Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers and other sales supporting functions as Inside Sales, product management and Business Development. As a Sales Manager for Direct Sales, you will be responsible for supporting and developing the existing business for Nilfisk professional and industrial cleaning machines in Spain, Customers are all kind of industries and contract cleaners. You will take part in implementing Nilfisk direct sales strategy, focusing on prioritized areas, segments, and customer accounts. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets. As a Sales Manager you must be able to combine a strategic mindset with a passion for management, coaching, while developing your team and optimizing sales in the business. Daily you will manage activities of a sales team to meet defined KPIs: visits, pipeline, win-rate, forecast, revenue, contribution. To meet sales targets, you will need to implement all necessary actions – this must be done quarterly and annual. Ongoing basis you will ensure technical training on products by liaising with product managers. Also, you will need to coordinate activities with Marketing department, like Market intelligence, Advertising, Pricing, Product Management. Your experience brings value to the role Experience in similar role or as National Key Account Manager, preferably in B2B companies Leadership skills and proven experience in people management Fluent English (Written and Oral) Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be a plus Position based in Madrid, but availability to make business trips is a must.
