The Wise Seeker is the leading HR technology company in unbiased talent evaluation.With over 15 years in the industry analyzing the needs and demands of the job market, we are capable of identifying the best talent for each company thanks to our team of professionals and our SaaS platform integrated with Artificial Intelligence.We are efficient, evaluate talent objectively without bias, and close hiring times in record time, delivering optimal results.We are looking for a Business Development Executive for a company developing a unique AI-enabled assessment and personalized learning system that empowers educators to teach and personalize education efficiently and seamlessly in a highly collaborative learning environment.Location: Ho Chi Minh - RemoteFunctionsReach out to B2B clients for generating leads primarily in Vietnam.Develop relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and schedule product demonstrations. Identify new processes, channels (e.g., online research, networking events, cold calling), and technology tools for high-quality lead acquisition.Able to deliver impactful pitch and provide expert advice on the product features and demo to close deals.Draft system requirements based on prospect feedback to ensure alignment with their needs.Ensure that all Lead Generation & Sales Support activities are effectively tracked and integrated.Conduct market research to analyze and monitor key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions.Able to work closely with the Founder and Product team.RequirementsStrong communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese; able to write clearly and have user empathy.Have knowledge of the Vietnam education system (Primary & Secondary) and education industry (tuition and enrichment).At least 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales.Have a strong knowledge of pipeline building and sales outbound skills.Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over conference calls.Preferred SkillsExperience in sales of education technology systems/platforms is an advantage.Having experience using multiple CRM tools is a bonus.Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.Preference given to degrees in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
