This founding role involves shaping the sales strategy documenting playbooks and laying the groundwork to scale a high-performing sales team from scratch. Lead discovery calls demos and negotiations to close deals with early adopters in Spain and Europe. The ideal candidate 2 years of experience in B2B sales or growth roles with a strong bias for action. Based in Madrid or willing to relocate fluent in Spanish and English (third language a plus).
