This founding role involves shaping the sales strategy, documenting playbooks, and laying the groundwork to scale a high-performing sales team from scratch. What you will do: - Generate and qualify prospects using creative outbound tactics across various channels. - Lead discovery calls, demos, and negotiations to close deals with early adopters in Spain and Europe. - Document successful sales strategies and lay the groundwork for building and scaling the future sales team. The ideal candidate: - 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or growth roles with a strong bias for action. - Based in Madrid or willing to relocate, fluent in Spanish and English (third language a plus). - Possesses an experimental mindset, leveraging AI to optimise processes and accelerate results.
