Buscamos para nuestra filial en España un Affiliate Manager que se encargará de la adquisición, administración y retención de cuentas de afiliados de la compañía. Debe estar preparado para asumir el reto de construir, gestionar y liderar un equipo dedicado en España con potencial para asumir también otros mercados en el futuro. Este puesto es ideal para alguien que no sólo sea estratégico y analítico, sino que también aporte un enfoque práctico al liderazgo, la motivación y la dinámica de equipo. El candidato seleccionado desempeñará un papel fundamental en el impulso de la adquisición, la optimización y la gestión de cuentas, al tiempo que trabajará para alcanzar objetivos ambiciosos. Si eres una persona apasionada del marketing de afiliación y del sector del juego online, imaginativa, proactiva y con mentalidad analítica enfocada a resultados y que le gusten los retos Te estamos buscandoResponsabilidades:Coordinar la contratación, administración y retención de cuentas de afiliados.Proporcionar el feedback necesario sobre las prácticas del mercado español en afiliación (mejores prácticas/know how).Administrar nuevos proyectos que respalden la conversión y retención de afiliados nuevos y existentes que están incorporados al programa.Desarrollar contenido único para newsletters mensuales de afiliados, incluidas actualizaciones de la industria de afiliados, así como otro contenido relevante para afiliados.Gestión de una cartera de afiliados existentes a través de correo electrónico, teléfono, boletines y foros para maximizar la generación de ingresos.Gestionar campañas de PPC, compra de medios y Social Media.Formular un enfoque basado en métricas para evaluar el ROI de varios canales para la adquisición de clientes.Monitorizar y optimizar de forma continua los diferentes canales de adquisición de la cartera existente de los afiliados y de futuros posibles afiliados.Mantener pleno conocimiento y comprensión de la legislación adecuada y las mejores prácticas para las iniciativas de marketing de afiliación.Requisitos:Experiencia: al menos 3 años en puestos similares (se valorará especialmente la experiencia en el sector del juego online).Experiencia en afiliación, optimización de ofertas de palabras clave SEM, descubrimiento de palabras clave, desarrollo creativo y optimización de landing page.Inglés fluido.Habilidades de negociación y ventas, con capacidad de resolver los diferentes problemas que puedan surgir.Conocimientos de herramientas específicas de afiliación juego online (NetRefer, Mexos o MyAffiliates).Alto conocimiento de Google Analytics.Analítica: uso de herramientas de reporting tipo Google Data Studio o Power BI, para medición de campañas y KPIs claves del plan de marketing digital.Capacidad de gestión de presupuestos digitales y coordinación con agencias y medios.Conocimiento avanzado de Excel.Se valorarán conocimientos en estadística y herramientas de BI.Capacidad de autoaprendizaje y trabajo en equipo.Beneficios:Oportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional tanto en España como internacionalmente.Contrato indefinido.Posibilidad de teletrabajo híbrido.Plan de formación.
