Within our Commercial Consulting domain, we are looking for a senior leader who has relevant experience in consulting with a strong focus on the Sales & Marketing value chain in the pharma & life sciences industry. This key role will act as a Leader of our Delivery Team of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) practice that support pharma clients in their customer engagement transformation including migration of CRM for the field force. As a Senior Manager SFE, you will take responsibilities for the following areas: Delivery management, business development & sales, people management and community leadership. As the Lead for our SFE practice, you will manage the SFE project portfolio, including: Manage project staffing by identifying and assigning the right team profiles. Support project teams throughout all phases of delivery. Act as an escalation point for project-related issues. Maintain accurate project forecasting in collaboration with Engagement Leads and Project Managers. Ensure budget governance and drive opportunities for business expansion. You will also contribute hands-on to selected projects as engagement or program lead. Business Development & Sales In close partnership with our Sales and offering teams, you will support the entire sales cycle by providing delivery insights and expertise, including: Contribute to the creation of sales materials, concrete proposals and pitches. Prepare effort estimates and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery. Drive community growth and manage client relationships, including individual sales contribution. Conduct regular performance reviews. As Community Lead for the Sales Force Effectiveness practice, you will shape and grow a strong community of SFE experts capable of delivering across the full BASE Life Science SFE offering. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader who has expertise across a broad spectrum of projects - including implementation, optimization, and ongoing consulting. 10+ years of experience ideally in project-based roles within consulting and the pharma/life sciences sector. ~ Experience within the commercial field, especially CRM including a solid technical understanding of CRM solutions in life science especially for projects involving IT collaboration. ~ Familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva, or other CRM systems is a must. ~ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English. ~ Comfortable working in agile teams and remote environments. Experience contributing to Salesforce Effectiveness initiatives, including CRM usage optimization, sales process alignment, and support for user adoption strategies. Health insurance.
