We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Norwegian-Speaking Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid position where you will work 2 days a week from our modern offices in the heart of Barcelona and 3 days remotely from the comfort of your home. Whether you are already based in Barcelona or considering relocating, we offer a full relocation package, including flight tickets to Barcelona and accommodation to help you settle in.
As a Sales Representative, you will work with a range of cutting-edge Google products, introducing them to potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales. Your primary focus will be on the Norwegian-speaking market, but you’ll also be part of a multicultural team, working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Google products to businesses in the Norwegian-speaking market.Build strong relationships with prospective customers and understand their needs to offer tailored solutions.Manage sales leads, from the initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and information to help potential clients understand the value of Google’s offerings.Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and technical support, to deliver the best possible service and outcomes for customers.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and pipeline management in our CRM system.Stay updated on Google product offerings and market trends to ensure you're providing the latest and most relevant information to clients.

Requirements:
Native-level Norwegian speaker, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in English for internal communication and training.Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not essential – we provide comprehensive training for all new team members.A passion for technology and a desire to learn about Google products and how they can benefit clients.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage but not required.
