North Search es una consultoría de talento global, que se posiciona como partner estratégico de diferentes clientes en la búsqueda y evaluación de talento de posiciones de impacto, con foco en sectores en transformación.En esta ocasión, nuestro cliente es una compañía de servicios, con Headquarters en Barcelona, enfocada en desarrollo de programas educativos a nivel internacional, con solidez y posicionamiento en su sector.RESPONSABILIDADESAsesorar a las empresas en programas formativos tanto genéricos como específicos.Llevar a caboproyectos de partnership estratégicos relacionados con liderazgo, innovación yla adaptación a nuevos desafíos del negocio.Liderar las negociaciones y la adecuación de los programas formativos.Gestionar relaciones estratégicas con compañías en momentos de transformación.Velar por el cumplimiento de la calidad y adecuación de los programas.EXPERIENCIATitulación universitariaen Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o afines.Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando partnerships con mundo corporativo, enfocado en venta consultiva.Capacidad para liderar proyectos relacionados con transformación y el liderazgo.Habilidades de comunicación y de negociación.Capacidad para trabajar de manera estratégica y operacional. Alta capacidad de planificación.Entendimiento de negocio.Resiliencia y orientación a resultados.Motivación por formar parte de un equipo con interés en impactar en la sociedad y ambición para crecer profesionalmente.#J-18808-Ljbffr
