If you're ready to take charge and make a real impact in the exciting world of crypto, we want to hear from youTasksStrategy and Management:Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aligned with our branding and our AI narrative.Actively manage the company’s account, creating and scheduling daily postsEngage with followers, industry influencers, and partners/projects in the industry to build relationships and increase visibility and impressionsLive-tweet during important events, trending news, product launches, and announcementsMonitor and analyze metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal performanceDevelopment and implementation of marketing funnels and content strategies that align with the overall marketing goals of the companyManagement and development of the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, etc)Establishing and maintaining relationships with media outlets to ensure positive coverage and effectively managing inquiries or crisis situationsAnalysis of the effectiveness of communication and marketing strategiesContent Creation:Produce engaging, informative, and shareable content about the space utilizing our dapps to showcase our productsCreate threads and contents explaining current trends, project updates, and market analysisDesign eye-catching graphics, GIFs, and short video clips optimized for XDevelop and maintain a consistent brand (AI narrative) voice across all communicationsCreation and management of content that resonates with the target audience, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other contentCreation of a content plan based on statistics from the previous period.Community Management:Foster a vibrant community around our project and narrativeRespond to inquiries on X, comments, and messages promptly and professionallyOrganize and host Spaces discussions on relevant topicsIdentify and engage with key opinion leaders and potential partners in the crypto spaceTrending and Growth:Stay on top of trending topics in the forever evolving blockchain spaceCollaborate with the marketing team to align efforts with broader marketing campaignsEducation and Awareness:Create educational content to help newcomers and experts in the space understand our narrative and the IQ ecosystemDevelop campaigns to raise awareness about important issues in the crypto space utilizing our dapps/productsRequirementsHave managed large sized crypto/blockchain handles of more than 500k+ followers with organic growth and impressions5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech sectorProven track record of growing and engaging audiences with previous projects’s handle as well as your ownExpert level of understanding in how X works, especially in the field of blockchain and key opinion leadersGenuine passion and interest of growing handlesDeep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the overall digital asset ecosystemExcellent writing skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple termsStrong visual design skills and experience with graphic design toolsUp-to-date knowledge of best practices, features, and algorithm changesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the 24/7 nature of the crypto marketHigh level of English from C1 and above, good communication skills.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).Skills in working with advertising tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).Ability to create high-quality and original content, including texts, images, videos and infographicsUnderstanding the principles of marketing funnels.Preferred Skills:Familiarity and relations with crypto culture and key influencersExperience with video editing and animation toolsUnderstanding the trend of memeification as well as the idea of degenification in the spaceKnowledge of additional languagesBenefitsCompetitive salary and potential for token-based incentivesRemote-friendly work environmentThe opportunity to scale a rapidly growing crypto project at a pivotal stage in its development.A chance to significantly impact the evolving landscape of decentralized knowledge and AI.A supportive, passionate, and driven team environment.
