Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at IQ, a rapidly growing blockchain services company. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our branding and AI narrative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that drives engagement and growth
  • Manage and create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
  • Engage with followers, industry influencers, and partners/projects in the industry to build relationships and increase visibility and impressions
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech sector
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences with previous projects
  • Expert level of understanding in how social media works, especially in the field of blockchain and key opinion leaders
  • Genuine passion and interest of growing social media handles
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the overall digital asset ecosystem
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
  • Strong visual design skills and experience with graphic design tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices, features, and algorithm changes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the 24/7 nature of the crypto market
  • High level of English from C1 and above, good communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Skills in working with advertising tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Ability to create high-quality and original content, including texts, images, videos and infographics
  • Understanding the principles of marketing funnels
