Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled E-Shop Manager and Social Media Associate to manage our online shop and enhance our brand presence on various social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the online platform, ensuring it is user-friendly and functional. They will also be responsible for managing customer inquiries and concerns related to online purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Update and maintain product listings on the online shop platform.

  • Implement strategies to highlight featured products and promotions effectively.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the website's user experience and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent discrepancies.

Requirements:
