As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking a Country Manager to develop and grow our presence in the Spanish market. Key Responsibilities Serving as the main administrative and legal representative of the company in Spain (in relations with clients, partners, and government agencies). Effective cooperation with outsourced local accountants, lawyers, tax consultants, and recycling organizations for the timely submission of tax declarations and mandatory local reporting. Maintaining an organized, electronic archive of all legal documents, permits, licenses, and registrations necessary for operations in Spain. Communication with the Head Office: Regularly providing administrative reports to the head office regarding the status of active projects. Ensuring the functionality of workflows within the remote team. Commercial Strategy Development: Creating and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving established business goals and increasing market share in Spain. Market and Competitor Analysis: Continuous monitoring of the Spanish market, identifying new opportunities, analyzing pricing policy, and competitor strategies. Setting Sales Targets: Defining realistic yet ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets for the Spanish market and, if necessary, for the local team. Sales Generation (Hands‑on Selling): Active participation in sales, especially working with Key Accounts and closing large or strategically important deals. Relationship Building and Maintenance: Developing strong, long‑term relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in Spain. Sales Funnel Management: Overseeing the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals, using the CRM system. Requirements 2-3 years of proven experience as a Country Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar managerial role, ideally in the Spanish market. Familiarity with technical products and key players in Spain’s business landscape. Fluent in Spanish and Ukrainian or Russian (for internal communication). Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. Degree in business, marketing, management, marketing, or a technical field preferred. Professional appearance and readiness for client‑facing work. What We Offer Competitive base salary of 1,300–1,500 EUR + performance‑based bonuses (negotiable). Official employment (full or part‑time) and paid vacation. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Remote with regular client visits. Opportunities for professional growth and development.
