Experience in scaling and optimizing teams, ideally with both sales and operations under your responsibility. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with top-tier merchants and partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to translate insights into actions. You are ambitious, resilient, and motivated by creating growth in a dynamic, international scale-up environment. Fluent in Spanish (native-level) and English What You Will DoTake full ownership of the Spanish P&L and drive commercial success across the market. Lead, optimize, and develop the existing Spanish sales and customer support teams, ensuring efficiency and sustainable growth. Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Spain. Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with merchants, including negotiations with C-level stakeholders. Act as ViaBill’s representative in Spain towards partners, merchants, and regulatory/industry bodies. Monitor performance, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Work closely with central functions (product, marketing, risk, finance) to adapt strategies to the Spanish market.
