**Who will you be working for?**:
Our partner is an online platform where people can find classes on a variety of domains.

**Their core mission**: help people learn new skills

**What is this job about?**:
In this position as **Country Manager** you will be responsible for developing the business in **Spain**, finding people to produce the learning content of the platform, and leading your team to succeed

**Your challenges**:

- **Find, negotiate and close deals** with talented people to produce trainings on the platform
- Lead the **project management** of the production process from A to Z
- **Adapt** the company’s **marketing strategy** to the Spanish market and ensure its successful implementation
- Source and hire employees, freelancers and production agencies
- Build **alliances and partnerships** to establish the brand in Spain

**What do you need to apply?**:

- Language skills**:bilingual level** in **Spanish** and **proficient** level in **English**
- At least 4 years of experience in **managerial roles**
- Previous experience in **recruiting and managing a team**
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong experience in starting a project from scratch to a successful outcome
- Good sales skills
- Outstanding negotiating and closing skills
- Ability to launch a new market and take on challenges

Speaking French or at least having some notions of the language is highly valued by our partner and can be a great plus

**Important**: This position is based in **Spain**. You will be working **remotely** from **Madrid or Barcelona**. You will need to be in possession of an **EU VISA** for this position.
