Deliver seamless onboarding by tailoring BizAway’s onboarding resources (guides, webinars, playbooks, training sessions) to each client’s needs. Track client health through usage data, dashboards, and NPS/CSAT surveys; You are fluent in Spanish and English. You have 1+ years of experience in B2B
