Descripción del puesto : Responsabilidades clave : Segmentación de audiencias y análisis de datos para optimizar las campañas. Monitorización del rendimiento de los correos electrónicos (tasas de apertura, clics, conversiones) y sugerencia de mejoras. Atención y gestión de buzones de correo de marketing para resolver incidencias o consultas de clientes. Soporte en tareas administrativas y gestión de acciones de marketing (gestión de bases de datos, coordinación de envíos). Colaboración con otros departamentos para coordinar campañas integradas. Labores de soporte en otras áreas del departamento según sea necesario. Requisitos : Formación en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración o afines. Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal. Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas a la vez y trabajar de manera autónoma. Atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas. Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas y manejo de plataformas digitales. Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender. Valorará : Conocimientos en análisis de datos de marketing y optimización de campañas. Experiencia previa en entornos de atención al cliente o gestión de incidencias. Familiaridad con herramientas de CRM. Envio de candidaturas a Ref Marketing Specialist #J-18808-Ljbffr
