With a focus on sustainability , on a daily basis we support companies enabling them to improve their travel management through our constantly evolving services and solutions, always characterized by our tech attitude and smart and innovative processes.We know that success comes from People and deserves to be recognized.Proactivity and Reliability, Kindful collaboration and communication are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest growing B2B scale-ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.We are looking forWe are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive – Spanish speaking (m/f/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success Team.Your role in BizAwayAs a Customer Success Executive, you will manage a portfolio of BizAway clients, ensuring they are onboarded successfully, adopt the platform, renew contracts, and expand their usage.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunitiesDeliver seamless onboarding by tailoring BizAway’s onboarding resources (guides, webinars, playbooks, training sessions) to each client’s needsTrack client health through usage data, dashboards, and NPS/CSAT surveys; anticipate risks and mitigate churnDrive adoption of BizAway’s platform, ensuring clients maximize value from our solutionsProactively identify and act on upsell opportunities to expand client usage and revenueCollaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a smooth client experience and bring client feedback into the businessProactively suggest actions and campaigns to improve the customer journey and enhance growthQualificationsYou are fluent in Spanish and EnglishYou have 1+ years of experience in B2B
