David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a brand-new team for a Fintech company.

Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Valencia, Spain

Employment type: Full-time (39h)

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat and social media.
  2. Showcase extraordinary communication skills such as listening, empathy and personalization in every customer conversation.
  3. Guide customers with their questions and ensure they are offered the right solution, leaving a big smile on their face.
  4. Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally to improve and/or develop processes.
  5. Thrive for high performance focusing on key KPIs: Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
  6. Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Excellent Dutch (C2) and C1 English speakers.
  2. Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
  3. Calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers.
  4. Curious and enjoy investigating, using creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Target-driven and striving to exceed expectations.

BENEFITS:

  2. Shifts between 9:00 and 23:00; preference for late-night shift (14:00 - 23:00).
  3. Full-time contract of 39 hours per week.
