Izertis es tu empresa.Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Gerentes Comerciales con al menos 6 años de experiencia en el sector utilities & media.Posición: KAM: Clientes de Media Públicos y Privados (Radio, Televisión, Grupos Media) y Utilities de Aguas Públicas y Privadas.Venta consultiva del portfolio end-to-end de Izertis.Gestión end-to-end de la venta, desde reuniones de prospección con el cliente para detectar oportunidades, hasta el cierre de la venta, liderando todas las fases del ciclo de venta.Agendar de forma proactiva reuniones con clientes, presenciales siempre que sea posible y virtuales cuando el cliente no nos dé otra opción.Conseguir los objetivos de venta marcados individualmente.Desarrollo profesional continuo por medio de la formación continua y la obtención de certificaciones técnicas para el empleado/a.Posibilidad de teletrabajo y flexibilidad horaria.22 días laborables de vacaciones + el día de tu cumpleaños (si cae en festivo, el siguiente día hábil).24 y 31 de diciembre si caen entre semana.Trabajar en un ambiente distendido, de confianza, responsabilidad y compañerismo.Nuestra filosofía de transformación digital y tecnológica hace de ello un reto constante y un camino por construir juntos.Perfil hunter con capacidad de detectar oportunidades y generar nueva venta, ya sea en clientes nuevos o venta nueva en clientes ya existentes.Skills de comunicación y venta consultiva para entender las necesidades del negocio del cliente y poder ofrecerles los mejores servicios/soluciones/productos de Izertis para mejorar el negocio del cliente.Desarrollo de Gran Cuenta. Cuentas: Media (Prisa, Rtve, Media, A3,...) y Utilities (Canal Isabel II, etc).Capacidad para generar y hacer crecer relaciones con altos directivos del cliente: CEO, CIO, CDO, Marketing, Head Financiero, CTO, CPO, Head de Cloud e Infraestructura, HHRR, Head de Data, Head de Transformación Digital, etc.Trabajo en equipo con las diferentes áreas de la empresa para conseguir los resultados de negocio, siendo dichas áreas: Operaciones, Preventa, RRHH/reclutamiento, Legal, Financiero, etc.Reportar en los diferentes sistemas de gestión de la compañía.Presentación de resultados de ventas cada mes, cada trimestre y anualmente.Elaboración y presentación de Planes de Cuentas a la dirección de la compañía: Comercial, Operaciones, Preventa, Marketing, y consecución de los planes de cuenta presentados, los cuales se irán actualizando trimestralmente en función de las necesidades de la cuenta.Amplio conocimiento de Cliente o Clientes del sector de Energía, Oil o Renovables y Utilities de gas y agua, así como del sector Media y Televisiones.Es decir, necesitamos comerciales que vengan de consultoras tecnológicas que demuestren conocimiento de Cliente o Clientes tipo Iberdrola, Endesa, Edp, Total, Enagas, Repsol, Canal Isabel II, etc.
