We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Media Account Planner Trainee to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a Media Account Planner Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Media Campaign Management: You will be responsible for guaranteeing a thorough control and specific goal achievement of media campaigns, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Campaign Optimization: You will work to maximize the performance of each campaign, applying an analytical and proactive approach to drive results.
  3. Campaign Activation: You will be responsible for ensuring the correct activation of campaigns assigned to you, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure successful execution.
  4. Invoice Management: You will be responsible for invoicing campaigns, including the resolution of any invoice-related issues.
  5. Media Partner Management: You will work closely with media partners to ensure that all campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  1. Strong Organizational Skills: You will need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  2. Analytical Skills: You will need to be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive campaign success.
  3. Technical Skills: You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong focus on Excel skills.
  4. Education: You will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional Information

We offer a hybrid working model, with 2 office days and 3 remote days, from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 14:00.
