The Digital Media Planner Trainee at Starcom will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing digital media plans. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to manage day-to-day planning and analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and managing digital media plans, negotiating and purchasing media
- Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaign activities
- Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process
- Interact daily with digital media publishers and maintain strong relationships
- Analyze research data and media/marketing information, sharing insights with clients
- Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance, assisting in strategic analysis of campaigns
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Economics, or around one year of experience in digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of digital planning tools: MS Office, TomMicro or Galileo, Comscore, and Verification
- Able to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
- Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially
- Develop client reports that are clear, compelling, and persuasive
