Business Development Representative - Australian Market Anteriad is a B2B sales & marketing agency, working with some of the biggest names in the tech sector. With talented and ambitious people from 40 countries on staff, we work in a dynamic and creative environment where you can thrive. The work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling companies in Australia and New Zealand and speaking to IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. Your job is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT‑related topics and generate a “lead” by setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client’s sales representative. You will work hand in hand with sales experts from clients such as Intel, Dell, and Fujitsu, learning and building a network of decision‑makers around the globe. In order to prepare you to take on this role, we have an excellent four‑week onboarding process, taking place at our office in Las Rozas. This role has a January 2026 start date. Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to IT managers in Australia and New Zealand. • Ask targeted questions to gather information on IT needs and challenges. • Identify potential leads and schedule meetings between client sales reps and prospects. • Collaborate with client sales teams during warm handover to transition leads. Qualifications High level in another European language is desirable but not required. Experience working in a phone‑based role. Target‑driven mentality & can‑do attitude. Reside in the Madrid Region (Comunidad de Madrid). Able to work in Spain legally (full‑time). Hours & Schedule Monday to Friday: 5:00 – 11:00 am. 30 hours per week. Full‑time contract, including two Fridays a month at the office (8:00 – 14:00) as required. Benefits & Compensation • Permanent contract. • Monthly salary (approximately 1,730 €/month) + uncapped commission system. • Uncapped commission system: the more leads you generate, the higher your commission per lead, with progressive levels after reaching certain thresholds. • Internal training through Learning & Development, especially during onboarding. • Free transportation from Moncloa and El Pinar de las Rozas’ Cercanías station by corporate bus during onboarding. • Working 5:00 – 11:00 am from home thereafter, with weekly Friday home‑office flexibility. • Free breakfast, yoga class, fitness class, and Spanish classes. • Opportunities for advancement within the company. • Free roof terrace Friday BBQ with colleagues from around the world.
